On June 23, representatives of the Institute for Planning, Design and Development of Brčko District of BiH, in cooperation with representatives of the Department for Spatial Planning and Property-Legal Affairs, explained the drafts of two Regulatory Plans “Centar II” and “Rijeke II”.

A large number of citizens of Brčko District of BiH have shown interest in the public debate regarding these plans.

At the same time, the plans received support from a large number of citizens because, as they pointed out, a quality vision of the future spatial development of this part of the city was offered.

On this occasion, the experts of the Institute presented these plans with 3D visualization, such a presentation was presented to the citizens of Brčko for the first time in a completely new way, so that the citizens could see the future appearance of that part of the city.

Such a presentation of the plans and with additional expert and well-argued explanations of the Institute‘s planners, the majority of those present praised and supported the drafts of these plans.

Representatives of the Bureau invited all present to submit their remarks, proposals and suggestions to the Bureau through the Department for Spatial Planning and Property Management in order for the Bureau‘s planners to take them into account and incorporate them into the final plan proposal based on urban parameters.

Insight into the draft Regulatory Plans “Centar II” and “Rijeke II” lasts until July 4, 2022, and until then citizens can submit comments, proposals and suggestions in writing through the Department of Spatial Planning and Property - Legal Affairs.

Our goal is for as many citizens as possible to participate with their ideas in the development of these planning development documents.

We use this opportunity to thank all citizens who with their suggestions contributed to the final proposal of the plan to be of the highest quality and at the same time we invite all interested citizens to submit their proposals that will be treated correctly by the Institute‘s planners.
